What it is
Tip Pool splits a team's pooled tips at the end of a shift. Enter the pool, check off who worked and their hours, pick the house method, and get penny-exact shares, with a proof line, a group-chat text summary, and a CSV export for the manager.
Why we built it
The end-of-shift tip split happens nightly on receipt paper and a phone calculator, and someone always disputes the math. Nothing clean handles weighted pools, tip-outs and card-fee deductions while guaranteeing the shares actually add up. This serves restaurant, bar and salon teams with exact splits nobody can argue with.
