What it is
A fast marine-conditions app for surfers, kayakers, small-boat sailors, shore anglers, and swimmers. Pick your buoy and tide stations once, then read the latest wave height, wind, water temperature, and next high and low tide as widgets right on your Home Screen and Lock Screen.
Why we built it
The public source for this data is NOAA's buoy site, whose readings still arrive as 1998-era text tables on a phone. The one paid incumbent is stale and rates below four stars. A real audience of coastal people just wants their buoy on their Lock Screen, and no one had built a modern, widget-first client for it.
